Kenneth D. Dykstra, PE, PP, PLS
Mr. Dykstra has more than 25 years of diversified engineering, planning and land surveying experience. He has managed numerous subdivision and site plan projects from concept through final approval. He has performed municipal engineering and managed capital improvement projects from design through bidding and construction administration. In addition, he has extensive land surveying experience, including boundary, topographic, and construction surveying. He has provided testimony for projects at numerous planning, zoning and landuse boards throughout northern New Jersey.

Marc G. Walker, PE, MS Environmental Eng.
Mr. Walker has more than 22 years of diversified engineering and project development experience. He has managed numerous subdivision and site plan projects from concept through final approval. Mr. Walker also manages our Environmental Services division that assists clients in meeting their due diligence and regulatory requirements under municipal, county and state policies within New Jersey. He has provided testimony for projects at numerous planning, zoning and landuse boards throughout northern New Jersey.

Thomas F. Graham, PE
Mr. Graham has more than 21 years of experience in the civil engineering profession with an emphasis on hydrologic studies and site development. He is involved with all phases of project design from concept through final design documents. Mr. Graham also prepares the necessary engineering reports and coordinates with various state, county and other regulatory agencies for the required permits, and has provided testimony for projects at numerous planning, zoning and landuse boards throughout northern New Jersey.
